The unit has microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer.

Bedroom 1= 1 double bed 160 cm wide. Bedroom 2= 1 bunk bed with 120 cm wide lower bunk and 80 cm wide upper bunk.

Bathroom 1: with shower and WC.

Living room with sofa bed, TV.

1 garage place(s), max height 210 cm, 1 carport, electric car charger with type 2 socket, elevator available in the house, Skilocker available in building A.

Access to free Wi-Fi (possible interruptions on part of the broadband provider reserved).

For the following weeks/periods, this lodging is reserved for downhill skiers in our ski area: week 13 and weekend of calendar week 16. This means that you need to book Ski Passes for all guests (7 years and older), for at least the duration of your stay, at the time of booking.

Attention: Building noise may occur, Pets allowed, no smoking. Distances: The distance to the lift/slopes may vary, depending on the snow conditions, ski lift 150 metres, nordic skiing tracks 300 metres.
